Kings Business Academy is a London business training provider. It delivers leadership, management, HR and finance training to corporations and entrepreneurs through group programmes, one-to-one mentoring, executive coaching and bespoke in-house training, in person in London and online worldwide.
Group programmes run in cohorts of four and start from £750 per programme. One-to-one sessions cost £170 (Basic), £200 (Advanced) or £250 (Premium) per session, with four-session bundles at £600, £700 and £800. Bespoke corporate training is quoted individually.
Every course is taught personally by Dr Martial Godo, founder of Kings Business Academy. He is a business lecturer at Global Banking School, part of Oxford Brookes University, previously taught at the University of East London and UCL, and owns two businesses himself.
Group programmes are built on Level 7 university business management content, the standard of an MBA and MSc International Business, adapted for practical use in real organisations. No prior qualifications are required to enrol.
Group programmes run in cohorts of four. Small cohorts mean every participant is questioned, challenged and able to apply the material to their own organisation, rather than sitting in an audience.
Yes. Training is delivered three ways: in person in London, in-house at your organisation's offices, or live online for individuals and distributed teams anywhere in the world. The content and standard are the same in every format.
The three group programmes each cover twelve modules, scheduled around the cohort. Individual sessions are booked singly or in four-session bundles. Management and leadership short courses are scheduled flexibly and agreed at booking.
Management training builds the skills that keep an organisation running: planning, budgeting, organising and measuring. Leadership training builds direction-setting and motivation. Kings Business Academy teaches both, because a business with one and not the other underperforms.
Replacing a skilled employee routinely costs a large fraction of their annual salary, and untrained management is a leading driver of resignations. Training staff and managers is usually cheaper than replacing them, which is why retention is the clearest return on training investment.

Large firms and platforms suit some needs well; the comparison shows where a small-cohort, founder-taught model differs.
