These terms apply to training services provided by Kings Business Academy UK Ltd ("the Academy", "we") of London, England. By booking a course, session or event, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.
Bookings are made via the booking form on this website, by email to info@kingsbusinessacademy.com, or by phone. A booking is confirmed once we have confirmed availability and dates in writing and any agreed payment has been received. Prices for group programmes and individual sessions are listed on the courses page; bespoke and in-house training is quoted individually.
Payment terms, methods and any deposit are confirmed at the time of booking. Session bundles (for example, four-session packages) are payable in advance and are valid for the sessions agreed at booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as soon as possible by email or phone. We will always try to offer an alternative date. Where a session is cancelled by the Academy, you will be offered a replacement date or a refund for that session. Statutory cancellation rights for consumers are unaffected.
Training is delivered in person in London, in-house at the Client's premises, or online, as agreed at booking. Course content is delivered by Dr Martial Godo. We may update module content from time to time to keep programmes current.
Course materials are provided for the personal use of participants and remain the intellectual property of the Academy. They may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without written permission.
Training is provided for general professional development. Business decisions remain the responsibility of the Client. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
